Latin Grammys, past week, up and coming

I’m headed to Houston today to take photographs of the Latin Grammys.  I got a call out of the blue from this company in New York that found my photos and they asked me shoot some red carpet stuff and after parties.   Should be very interesting.

Quick public thanks to Andrea Brown for a DOPE ASS house party.  None other than Z-Trip and DJ Mel were on the decks.  The thing that struck me about Z-Trip was that he was just as pumped to be playing to a backyard of true music heads as when I’ve seen him play to a packed crowd at Barcelona, The Parish, or The Fox Theater in Denver.  Great guy, great dj, props to you Mr. Trip.

Up and coming… Playing a fashion show for Orbit Salon, Saturday, Nov. 15th at Club Deville.  Thanks to Mischa for asking me to play.  I can’t wait to play an ecletic set of tunes for this diverse crowd. Other than that, I’m laying off event production for a while, its time to get serious about music production and hole up in the studio.  I’ve got a few tracks that are getting close to being finished and I’ll be sure to post them here once they are.
